These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of luxurytvwall.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Get Advantage Connect LLC, operating as “Luxury TV Wall OC” (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide media wall and TV wall installation services, which may include slat wood panels, a center panel, a floating console, TV mounting, hidden wire setup, and LED backlighting. All work is subject to a site assessment and our approval. We reserve the right to decline any project that is not suitable for installation.
Packages start at $2,750. The starting price is based on a standard wall and configuration; final pricing depends on factors such as wall size and condition, selected finishes, TV size, and any optional items. Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted after an in-home assessment or if project conditions change. Prices are not guaranteed until confirmed in a final estimate.
Financing may be available to qualified customers through third-party providers. Approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by the provider, not by us. Any monthly payment figures shown on the Site are estimates only and are not an offer of credit.
Installation is designed to be completed in one day under normal conditions. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation area. Delays caused by site conditions, access issues, or factors outside our control may affect the schedule and, in some cases, the final price.
A TV and soundbar are not included in the starting price but may be added upon request at additional cost. You may also provide your own equipment if it is compatible with the installation. We are not responsible for the performance of equipment we did not supply.
We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on our installation, covering installation-related workmanship issues only. This warranty does not cover electronics (including any TV or soundbar), product defects, normal wear, misuse, alterations by others, or damage caused after installation. Warranties for the TV, soundbar, LED products, console, panels, and other manufactured items are provided by their manufacturer or retailer.
We currently provide services in Orange County, California only.
You grant us the right to photograph and use images of the completed installation for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, without compensation. These images will not include your name or personal contact information. If you prefer that we not use photos of your project, you may opt out by notifying us in writing before installation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
